As a Site Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in aiding daily operations, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance, and liaising with contractors and stakeholders. Job Description

  • Assist the Site Manager and leadership team with operational management, report generation, and handling general office tasks, including maintaining site-specific documents and procedures.
  • Actively engage in Health & Safety practices, facilitate HSEQ administration functions, and manage contractor site inductions and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee contractor onboarding, supervision, and ensure compliance with site activities, including safety inspections and checks.
  • Manage communication and coordination between contractors, visitors, and the local community, while organising inductions and site events.
  • Maintain warehouse operations, stock tracking, and ensure the adequacy of office equipment and supplies, including processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Maintain and update site training registers, ensuring ongoing compliance with training requirements, and assist with chemical registers.


The site is open 7am-3pm Monday to Friday, although there may be some room for some flexibility, we are looking at someone who is willing to regularly work at the site, especially during events, training, inspections, and site visits.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Intermediate to advanced level IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles.
  • Passionate about HSEQ with a keen eye for detail.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication abilities, along with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Must hold a current driver's license.
  • Strong team player and willing to adapt and grow within a changing team environment.
