This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on engineering environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges across the full product lifecycle—from concept to production.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Analyze and design electronic parts, components, and integrated circuits for hardware systems.</li><li>Develop and execute test strategies, devices, and systems.</li><li>Apply electrical theory through research methodologies and engineering procedures.</li><li>Conduct experimental tests, analyze equipment performance, and evaluate results.</li><li>Perform stress and performance testing on circuit boards, processors, and wiring.</li><li>Use computer-assisted engineering and design software (e.g., Altium) to execute tasks.</li><li>Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.</li><li>Generate architecture for functional components and contribute to overall product architecture.</li><li>Deliver hardware designs through prototype, validation, and production release phases.</li><li>Support existing products through troubleshooting and failure analysis.</li><li>Participate in technical design reviews and peer evaluations.</li><li>Document solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and technical reports.</li><li>Summarize development and service issues for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their applicability to company products.</li><li>Develop statements of work and schedules for engineering activities.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), or Computer Engineering (CE).</li><li>Other engineering or science degrees considered with strong electronics and electro-mechanical design experience.</li><li>8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training.</li><li>Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design.</li><li>Experience with schematic and PCB layout tools (Altium preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of electronic sensors, controls, system interfaces, and protocols.</li><li>Strong understanding of engineering documentation and standard processes.</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
