About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Application Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support across key business applications, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the needs of our organisation. You will work with various teams to resolve issues, drive system improvements, and ensure applications are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for business-critical applications, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
· Partner with internal teams to analyse business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues in a timely manner to minimise business disruption.
· Manage software updates, patches, and system configurations, ensuring they align with business and compliance needs.
· Assist in the design, implementation, and testing of application upgrades to enhance business operations.
· Maintain thorough documentation of processes, system changes, and configurations for future reference.
· Provide end-user training and support to help staff use applications effectively.
About You:
· 3 - 5 years of experience in application support, IT operations, or a similar role.
· Solid understanding of the application lifecycle, system configuration, and troubleshooting practices.
· Experience with enterprise applications (such as ERP, CRM, or HR systems) is highly desirable.
· A problem-solver with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
· A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar is preferred.
