Master Data Governance Administrator
About the role:
This is a completely new Master Data Governance function that we are currently creating within CANPACK HQ in Krakow. As the Master Data Administrator you will ensure that master data quality meets the expectations from stakeholders, and maintain master data so that it is fit for purpose – meaning that it enables the business to efficiently and effectively operate and improve end to end flows and functional processes. You will have a chance to participate in our global Master Data Migration project connected with company-wide S/4HANA implementation.
Key role responsibilities:
Create, change and delete master data according to the requests
Create, change and delete standardized master data on behalf of projects
Answer end-users’ master data related questions
Know company processes and policies to set up accurate master data information
Participate in reviews, audits and assessments
Support targets and strategic initiatives
Identify improvement opportunities and implement or pass on to relevant organization
Actively share knowledge and best practice.
Adhere to all Internal Audit Controls
Skills and expertise:
Previous experience Material Master Data Management and Bill of Materials (BOM) required
Experience in various ERP systems within a production environment, especially SAP
Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Attention to detail with strong mathematical and analytical abilities
Effective team player with excellent communication skills
Adaptable to fast-paced and ever-changing environments
Very good command of English
