  • Your mission at Climeworks is to lead the design, implementation, and management of our global compensation and benefits programs with a strategic and innovative approach. You will ensure that our total rewards package aligns with Climeworks’ business goals, attracts top talent, retains our valued employees, and complies with all relevant regulations. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and external partners to deliver competitive, forward-thinking compensation and benefits that drive employee satisfaction and enhance organizational performance.
  • You develop, implement, and manage a global rewards strategy, including base salary, incentive structures, and executive compensation that aligns with the company’s objectives and market trends.
  • You manage the company’s Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) and Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) programs, ensuring they are effectively administered, aligned with market practices, and properly communicated to employees.
  • You conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation and benefits remain competitive across all countries, recommending adjustments as needed.
  • You manage relationships with external vendors and consultants involved in HR systems, compensation surveys, and equity program administration.
  • You will be part of the HR leadership team, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), who is a member of the Executive Team (ET).
  • You use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, prepare reports for various stakeholders, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • You possess a strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
  • You have demonstrated experience in designing and managing executive compensation programs.
  • You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to influence decisions.
  • You exhibit strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • You pay close attention to detail and have an analytical mindset.
  • You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • You show adaptability and resilience in a changing environment.
  • You are fluent in English.
