About the Role:
We are seeking a Site Administrative Assistant working within the Boulder Creek Wind Farm project. This role will provide essential administration support to the construction team. You will also be the first point of contact for the Boulder Creek Wind Farm, so it is essential that you are well presented and confident in delivering face-to-face services
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Effectively support the Administration team to ensure efficient delivery of construction services.
- Fulfil reception duties in a professional and friendly manner and maintain the same professionalism over the phone.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as taking meeting minutes, supporting the construction team, organising catering for meetings and site tours, making sure the refreshment area is clean and tidy and restocked
- Provide Weekly Construction update emails to Landowners
Skills & Experience
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of customer service
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to prioritise and meet time deadlines

Recruiting Process
