As an Inside Sales Assistant (f/m/d), these tasks and responsibilities are waiting for you:
- You will prepare and revise offers and contracts with a firm focus on customer needs and tailored solutions.
- It is your responsibility to maintain and archive leads and accounts to keep our CRM system up to date.
- You are responsible for coordinating appointments regarding trade fairs and events to ensure that our team is well prepared.
- Reviewing pipelines and evaluating reports to support the team with key insights.
- Handling orders together with the sales team to ensure that all customer inquiries are processed seamlessly.
- Conducting research to identify new prospects to support the continuous growth of our customer base.
- Are you an excellent organizer and have an overall view, whilst always having everyone's back with your commercial expertise?
- Is Excel a constant companion in your everyday life and do planning your day-to-day life with KPIs?
- Then you are just the right person to run the show behind the scenes and help us revolutionize a billion-dollar market and achieve real sustainability in buildings!
We are looking for team players with the ability to think analytically and grasp things quickly, and who are able to work in an exceptionally structured manner. Ideally you have:
- A commercial education or ideally 2 years of professional experience in sales and know how to approach tasks in an efficient and structured way.
- Ideally, you come with experience from a sales organization for XaaS products.
- You are characterized by a high level of comprehension and strong curiosity, which helps you to quickly understand and implement new topics.
- Profound knowledge in the use of CRM systems such as Salesforce will support you in your daily work.
- Your digital affinity and quick comprehension skills help you to use modern tools and software solutions.
- You are able to communicate confidently and fluently in both German and English and are a real talent for communication.
