Transdev is looking for Reservationist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to intercept pre-qualified customer calls and schedule transportation. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are primarily responsible for taking customer calls, scheduling their rides, and responding to our customers and our client on customer service issues. Our Reservationists are responsible for:

Treat each caller with courtesy and dignity. Be sensitive to client needs and respect the caller’s right to privacy. Establish rapport and professional confidence level with clients.
Correctly enter data into software system to record transportation type, pickup time, appointment times, addresses, and other transportation details. Document trip authorization, fare type, funding source and other related details.
Demonstrate excellent attendance, adhere to work schedule to meet client needs and contractual requirements.
Meet or exceed established call processing performance requirements, completing calls in a timely manner to meet inbound call demands.
Respond to customer inquiries and problems providing timely and accurate information or directing inquires to supervisors.
Accurately follow and explain policy and procedures for transit services.

Job Qualifications/Expectations: Incumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing cabinets and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone. Ability to sit for prolonged hours, office type call center environment.

Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
Must be able to operate a computer and standard telephone system.
Consistently exercise professional business telephone communication etiquette.
Provide a positive customer service experience to all callers.
Maintain an excellent attendance record and work all shifts of assigned schedule.
Preferred experience includes Knowledge of the Milwaukee service area, prior customer service experience, and familiarity with Transportation scheduling and the Trapeze Scheduling system.
