Requirements
We are looking to hire Team Lead (2 positions) in the ESG/Climate Change Data team with experience and expertise in ESG, climate change, and sustainability data and to contribute to ESG Book’s global growth. You will be responsible for managing and developing your team. You will be accountable for your team’s performance and the successful delivery of its projects.
You Are Expected To
· manage a team of 8-10 members
· Monitor, manage, and report on team operational targets
· Conduct performance evaluation, training, and drive professional development of your team members
· Have experience in corporate sustainability and climate change data (collection and quality process)
· Conduct quality checks of ESG assessments to ensure quality requirements, providing feedback to production analysts, and analyzing feedback received from ESG stakeholders
· Coordinate with support functions (IT, HR, facility, etc.)
We Are Keen to Hire Professionals Who
· have 3+ years of relevant experience in ESG ratings and Data management
· have specific knowledge about dominant ESG issues and thematic trends
· are familiar with articulating analytical viewpoints and work with attention to detail
· are proficient in English — oral, written and comprehension
· are not afraid of new empirical challenges and learning a new area of expertise
· possess excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
· are motivated and passionate about ESG data and climate change
