Your missionWe are looking for an Implementation Manager (f/m/d) who will support the onboarding and successful rollout of our supply chain risk management solutions for customers. Your main tasks will be:
Oversee the implementation and onboarding of supply chain risk management solutions, guaranteeing a successful rollout for customers
Monitor and ensure data quality and resolve discrepancies as they arise
Keep track of onboarding status and implementation requirements, and communicate results to stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure customer happiness and rapid onboarding timelines
Continuously improve the implementation process, ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth handover to the Customer Success team post-implementation.
Must-haves:
Very good Excel skills, tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to diverse work environments.
Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment
Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
Valid work permit for Austria
Bonus points for:
Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer success, onboarding  or project management) or with SaaS & digital solutions
Completed higher education (HAK, HTL, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent)
Previous experience in technical industry, procurement industry or supply chain environment
Previous experience or exposure with EUDR or similar deforestation regulations
