Responsibilities:

  • You help design and implement engineering modifications that boost system performance and efficiency.

  • You analyze process data and identify root causes to troubleshoot automated systems.

  • You collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and technicians to drive project success.

  • You get hands-on with industrial manufacturing equipment, learning its operation and maintenance firsthand.

  • You see the real-world impact of your work through measurable improvements in system performance.

Qualifications:

  • You’re pursuing a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and ready to apply your knowledge.

  • You love collaborating and tackling exciting, real-world engineering projects.

  • You bring a data-driven approach to problem-solving and thrive on challenges.

  • You’re eager to gain hands-on experience and sharpen your troubleshooting skills.

  • You’re available to start in spring or summer 2025 at our Durham (NC), Asheville (NC), or Macon (GA) sites.
