About the role The Trade Activations Manager will oversee the execution of all marketing activations to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. This role is responsible for coordinating on-ground marketing events, ensuring the implementation of the brand’s visual identity, recruiting and managing brand ambassadors, and procuring materials for activations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in trade marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving growth through innovative activation strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute marketing activations in various locations to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
Identify, recruit, and train brand ambassadors to effectively represent the company at activations.
Source and ensure the timely delivery of all necessary materials for activations, including flyers, parasols, tents, and promotional items.
Ensure that all activations align with the approved brand look and feel i.e. set-up, visuals, messaging, and customer experience.
Coordinate the logistics for activations, including location booking, transport, setup, and tear-down.
Coordinate with government bodies/third-party agencies for all required permits and licenses.
Monitor and report on the number of prospects generated from activations, track ROI, and analyse the conversion of leads into customers.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure activations align with broader campaign objectives and sales strategies.
Manage activation budgets and ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining a high impact on customer engagement.

Number of prospects generated from activations.
Conversion rate of leads into sales.
Return on Investment (ROI) for marketing activations.
Trade activator performance and customer feedback from activations.
Adherence to activation budgets and timelines.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in managing marketing events or activations.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of brand management and visual identity.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on key performance metrics.
