We’re looking for a Contracts Manager like you who is obsessed with the fine print!

As they continue to expand, they need a Contracts Manager with a sharp mind to ensure the nuts and bolts of SLAs are airtight. We need someone who knows their FIDIC from their EPC, someone who can effortlessly handle renewable energy contracts including O&M agreements, PPA’s, and Sales and Licensing Agreements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Agreements: Administer multiple O&M agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and executed efficiently
  • Contract Review, Drafting, and Negotiation: Collaborate with the contracting team to review, draft, evaluate, and negotiate SAA contracts and subcontracts, while continuously improving contractual frameworks
  • Customer Management: Serve as the key point of contact for customers, holding regular meetings to discuss contractual performance, project matters, and ongoing updates
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Global Service Sales, After-Sales, Key Account Management (KAM), and Customer Account functions to prepare communications, reports, and drive preparatory work
  • O&M Team Support: Provide support on contract interpretation and help resolve any doubts, ensuring a smooth handover between the construction and service phases
  • Aftersales & Service Offer Management: Lead aftersales service offers management, focusing on increasing sales, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery
  • Risk Analysis & Compliance: Manage Gate LoA risk analysis registration in CRM systems like C4C, ensuring all risks are identified and mitigated
  • Customer Requests and Claims Management: Own and manage customer requests and claims, ensuring diligent and timely responses, and act as an escalation point for customer issues
  • Contractual Performance Tracking: Analyse contractual performance to ensure successful fulfilment of all O&M obligations, and proactively improve service delivery.
  • Handover Coordination: Coordinate seamless handover between project phases, especially between construction and service, ensuring contractual alignment.
