ClimatePartner UK is at an exciting moment.  For the last 4 years we have been growing a successful consultancy, and our team of 30 supports over 250 clients. 

In 2025 we plan to take this to the next level.  A new global management team at our HQ in Munich and new leadership in the UK are investing to strengthen the commercial sustainability function with new business development and sales managers to take our compelling proposition to market. 

We are looking for a passionate, performance-driven individual with prior experience in a similar role at another organisation to join our team.  

About the job

You will be a critical part of the commercial sustainability team who are responsible for driving new business sales for the UK market as part of a dynamic, diverse, and global team.   

The Lead Generation Manager drives the sales and lead generation efforts across targeted sectors, working closely with each team lead to ensure a strategic approach to AI/Automated outbounding, external lead generation research, and delivery. Additional responsibilities include the streamlining of the sales process with a focus on automation and integration with Dynamics, as well as content production, event management and overall sales efficiency. 

Responsibilities: 

Automated Outbounding 
  • Develop and implement AI-powered automated outbounding strategies for targeted sectors.
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to outreach.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize content for maximum impact
External Lead Generation Research and Delivery 
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to expand our customer base
  • Seek lead generating opportunities with external platforms to share CP content and thought leadership 
Newsletter and Ecosystem Approach: 
  • Regularly communicate with our existing ecosystem, through newsletters and other communication channels.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients and partners to enhance brand loyalty and drive referrals.
Sales Process Automation 
  • Take charge of automating the sales process, utilising Dealfront, Apollo and Dynamics integration to optimize efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Automated marketing team to learn and share best practices.
  • Implement and train wider sales team on this process. 
Content Production 
  • Produce and promote compelling content, including UK team webinars and roundtables, to support the sales team's creative outbounding efforts.
  • Develop a content calendar, ensuring that our content (UK) aligns with market activity and analytics to effectively engage our ecosystem. 
Coordination with Global Marketing 
  • Act as the main point of contact between ClimatePartner UK and the global marketing team.
  • Facilitate the coordination of initiatives, assets, downloads, and case studies between the UK and global teams.
Website optimisation – Responsible for improving key ClimatePartner service pages (UK/US).  
  • Research peers and workshop with relevant internal departments to align on KPI’s for improved landing pages
  • Work with central marketing to design and implement pages
  • A/B testing phases to seek maximum conversions on page vs current pages
  • Work closely with performance marketing to research and implement effective Google Ad campaigns for improved landing pages.

Adapt to the changing needs of ClimatePartner UK and take on additional tasks as necessary. Who you are
Relevant candidates will have:

  • Some experience in lead generation, sales operations, and process automation in a B2B setting
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics) and automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Dealfront).
  • A strategic mindset, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively with global teams.
  • Skills in content production, event management, and data analysis to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, in particular, PowerPoint skills and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills
