Jedlix Smart Charging

The energy sector is undergoing its largest transformation since industrialization, and Jedlix is positioning itself at the forefront of this revolution. Our goal is to be the leading Electric Vehicle Smart Charging provider by digitally connecting hundreds of thousands of electric vehicles with energy markets. We’re building a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription model that’s already recognized as a leader in the industry.

Integrations

At Jedlix, data is the lifeblood of smart charging. By improving telemetry data from cars and chargers, we enhance the entire platform, optimizing performance and user experience. As we expand operations across Europe and the Nordics, we are looking for a Product Manager to help scale our EV and charger coverage. You’ll be working with both technical and business teams to ensure high-quality integrations that provide value to our B2B customers and energy partners.

🤙 What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the development team to write user stories, high-level user journeys, and business process flow charts.
• Conduct ongoing user acceptance testing, product quality sign-offs, and maintain detailed product documentation.
• Work closely with customers, Sales, and Account Management to gather and refine requirements for the Integrations backlog and long-term roadmap.
• Drive the delivery of the product roadmap, supporting the development team using agile practices, running ceremonies (retrospectives, planning, demos), and coordinating across teams to remove roadblocks.
• Proactively coordinate with other product teams to support global scalability and ensure a customer-centric approach.
• Plan, track, and manage strategic customer projects that drive adoption of our platform and increase operational efficiency.
• Use analytics and first-hand research to understand user behavior and inform product design improvements.
• Write newsletters and blog updates to keep customers informed about new features and product developments.
  
  

🔨 What you'll need:

• Experience in agile product management, from inception and requirement gathering to prioritization and launch.
• Proven ability to manage an agile roadmap with multiple stakeholders, championing cross-functional teamwork.
• Excellent facilitation skills; comfortable leading client or product workshops, from discovery phases to detailed requirements.
• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex problems and translating them for non-technical audiences.
• Experience within the Energy Trading environment and/or energy markets is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to dive in and get things done.
• Passion for clean tech and a desire to contribute to decarbonizing the planet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
