RESPONSIBILITIES:
- BESS designs: Create detailed designs and construction drawings for battery energy storage systems, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards
- Financial modelling and consultancy: Conduct thorough financial analysis to support client presentations, advising on the viability of projects and potential savings
- Tender and proposal documentation: Draft compelling tender and proposal documents that highlight the benefits of proposed solutions, supported by technical and financial data
- Client engagement: Actively participate in discussions with clients to understand their energy needs and provide expert guidance, ensuring alignment with their goals
- Regulatory compliance: Advise clients on adherence to solar and electrical codes and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of practice
- Data systems: Assess battery monitoring platforms and provide advisory insights based on data analysis to improve system performance
- Customer relations: Tailor energy solutions based on comprehensive knowledge of client preferences and requirements
- Resolve escalated issues: Address and resolve client concerns, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Document compliance and advisory: Maintain records of compliance and advisory interactions to support transparency and accountability
- Technical support and guidance: Offer consultancy to internal teams and external stakeholders, assisting with project execution to meet client expectations
