You will develop and own our internal and external budgets and financial models in pursuit of our global deployment strategy. You will also be a core team member for our capital raising efforts across our corporate and project-level fundraising activities. If you're passionate about using flexible capital to address climate change, this is your chance to lead and shape the future of climate solutions with us.</p><h2><br>About the Role</h2><p>We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience to joint our dynamic commercial team. This role is critical to supporting our corporate finance, project finance, and budgeting/reporting efforts as we grow and expand our operations. The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial strategies, managing project financing, and ensuring effective budget control and reporting processes.<br></p><h2><br>What You Will Do<strong></strong></h2><h3><strong>Corporate Finance:</strong></h3><ul><li>Support capital raising activities at Capture6, including equity, debt, and other financial instruments.</li><li>Assist with financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting to guide strategic decisions.</li></ul><h3><strong>Budgeting and Reporting</strong></h3><ul><li>Develop tools for and support company and project-level budgeting and forecasting processes.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.</li><li>Monitor actual financial performance against the budget, identifying variances and providing insights.</li><li>Support the preparation of board reports and other management presentations.</li></ul><h3><strong>Project Finance</strong></h3><ul><li>Convert project-level budgets to project finance models and scenarios to evaluate risks, returns, and feasibility for US-based and international project opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate and support cross-functional teams to structure, negotiate, and close project-level capital raising (equity, debt,  concessionary capital, etc.).</li><li>Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and advisors.</li></ul><h3><strong>What You Will Bring</strong></h3><ul><li>3+ years of experience in corporate or project finance, ideally in investment banking, infrastructure, or consulting.</li><li>Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and accounting skills, especially for early-stage infrastructure projects across multiple jurisdictions.</li><li>Proficient in project finance structures, including risk analysis and scenario planning.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detai1l and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work across departments and with external stakeholders.</li><li>Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of managing shifting priorities.</li><li>Collaborative team player.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a passion for addressing climate change.</li><li>Authorized to work in the United States.</li></ul><h3><strong>Exceptional Candidates Will Bring</strong></h3><ul><li>Knowledge of climate policy, carbon removal, and carbon markets</li><li>Experience and understanding of chemical production and water processing industries.</li><li>Prior experience working in a start-up environment.</li><li>Transaction structuring experience involving multiple external stakeholders.</li></ul><ul><ul></ul></ul>
