WORKING AT YURI IS LIKE: YOUR MISSION: We are seeking a candidate to join the development team responsible for working on the development of facilities to be deployed on the ISS and future space stations. Our ideal candidate must have a strong systemic understanding of the project so he can manage the assembly, integration, and testing of mechanical and electrical projects. In addition to hands-on technical work, they must handle supplier management, write, and execute test procedures, and assist in mechanical and electrical design aspects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, systems knowledge, and collaboration skills. yuri is a space biotech company that uses the microgravity environment of space to develop and manufacture superior biotech products. The team of 30+ space engineers and biologists has worked on 20+ payloads for the International Space Station in collaboration with organizations like NASA, ESA, GSK, Charit&eacute; Berlin. We develop modular bioreactors and incubators for cell cultures, protein crystals or plants and launch them for scientists around the world to the ISS and other spacecraft such as Sierra Nevada Dream Chaser or SpaceX Dragon.
