Besides that, here is a list with more "food for thought": <ul><li>Carry out account development, relationship management and new customer lead generation </li><li>Build strong and lasting relationships with partners and customers and keep client knowledge up-to-date </li><li>Identify new sales prospects and follow up on the leads  </li><li>Identify &amp; Track customer Needs and Objectives and match them to our Products and Services</li><li>Create value propositions / account plans based on customer insights and review with Distribution Manager</li><li>Participating in Industry conferences, fairs, events of solar and photovoltaics associations, etc. where required</li><li>Assist partner sales persons on sales opportunities with partner’s Key Customers</li><li>Respond to and follow up on sales and information enquiries by phone and email</li><li>Monitor &amp; Maintain customer relations by analysing, evaluating customer satisfaction and manage problems through to resolution</li><li>Perform necessary operational tasks (e.g. quote entry, tracking, performance and deadlines)</li><li>Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant information to management </li><li>Maintain a high level of accuracy of customer data on the CRM, document customer Interactions </li><li>Raise / escalate topics that could cause damage to the business continuity, partnership or relationship in a timely manner </li><li>When instructed, Inform partners and customers about topics that could cause damage to the business continuity, partnership or relationship</li><li>Investigate over dues payments when requested and escalate when needed, and action when required </li></ul> Your profile All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have: <ul><li>Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical &amp; electronical engineering or a comparable</li></ul>or <ul><li>a higher education qualification or business related studies with technical part</li></ul>In the end if you have dealt with inverters you are fit for this opportunity: <ul><li>management in the inverter, EPC or solar industry. Having previously worked for an inverter manufacturer will be a tremendous advantage</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of PV inverters, BOS and system with also strong commercial sales knowledge</li></ul>Besides that you should bring <ul><li>Czech or Slovak, and English: at least C1.
