For our Supply team we are looking for a Business Development/Strategic Partnerships Manager that will manage and expand key commercial relationships with integrator partners and industry networks, driving strategic projects and fostering partnerships that enhance our supply chain and supplier growth.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in managing B2B partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage commercial contracts.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker who can see the big picture and execute on details.
  • Understanding of Consumer Electronics industry and e-commerce would be an advantage. 


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Integrator Partnerships:
    • Manage and own relationships with key integrator partners.
    • Lead negotiations to sign new integrator partnerships, renew contracts, align on terms and conditions and oversee the implementation.
    • Set up referral partnerships to drive lead generation (e.g., brands) and manage the resulting connections.

  • Network Partnerships:
    • Establish and nurture partnerships with key players such as brand agencies, logistics companies, government trade groups, and VAT agencies to support our CE (Consumer Electronics) brand and supplier acquisition.
    • Develop partnerships that add value to our suppliers (e.g., financing services, distribution networks).

  • Strategic Projects:
    • Drive the creation and execution of strategic initiatives for the supply team, such as new fulfilment solutions or customer service as a service.
    • Ensure that all projects align with Refurbed's business goals and contribute to the overall growth of our supplier network.
