Too Good To Go is a certified B Corp social impact company that connects users with partner stores to rescue unsold food and stop it from going to waste. With 100 million registered users and 241,000 active partners across 19 countries in Europe and North America, Too Good To Go operates the world's largest marketplace for surplus food. 

 

Since our launch in 2016, Too Good To Go has helped to save over 383 million meals from going to waste, the equivalent to 1035,000 tonnes of CO2e avoided. 

 

We are incredibly proud of this, but there’s still a lot more to do. That’s why we are expanding our team. And that’s where you come in: We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Internal Comms Manager to join the superstar Global Communications team at Too Good To Go.

 

This role is a 12 month maternity cover contract and can be based in either London or Copenhagen . 


Your mission
You’ll seek to inform, inspire and empower our employees worldwide. To achieve that, you’ll scope and deliver the global cadence, build internal campaigns, draft change communications and define new processes. In doing it you’ll help our leaders to share the right information, to the right audiences, through the right channels at the right times #nopressure!

 

Your role

You’ll be accountable, self-motivated and driven. You’ll also collaborate closely with global leaders and internal stakeholders across People and Culture, Communications, Marketing, Global Management, Brand and Creative to make sure our amazing communications come to life.

 

The ideal candidate has exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You can manage complex stakeholder environments across a matrix and are a master at building great relationships. You need to show a true passion for rallying people around a single integrated plan. 

 

While this Internal Communications role will require excellent strategic planning to build the long term vision of the team and internal comms function, it will also require the ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

 

The Senior Internal Comms Manager will report into the Director of Corporate Communications, partnering with leaders and team members across our 19 offices in Europe, Australia and America, to drive ‘impact at scale’ across our global team of over 1200 people.


Requirements

  • Significant experience in Internal Communications & delivering global Internal Communications strategies, campaigns and change communications across markets 
  • Native-level English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A second language is a definite plus
  • Experience working with global senior leaders at c-suite level including the CEO
  • Experience planning and delivering virtual events for global audiences with senior presenters across multiple markets 
  • Experience project managing multidisciplinary teams including creative functions
  • Exceptional skills at planning, organising, strategising, and implementing simultaneous projects
  • Confidence producing multimedia content, spanning email, newsletters, video and hybrid events
  • Channel management experience and technical skills across the Google and Adobe suites 
  • Experience delivering Employer Brand communications
  • Passion for growing, coaching and inspiring impactful teams 
  • Tenacity and ambition for delivering social impact at scale
