Job Overview
The Senior BI Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models. Optimize ETL processes, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven decisions. Strong SQL, data visualization, and analytics skills required.
Primary Responsibilities
Data Modeling & Optimization – Design efficient data structures and optimize database performance.
ETL & Data Integration – Develop and improve ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
Develop & Maintain Power BI Solutions – Create visually compelling and user-friendly reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and trends using Power BI
Collaboration & Requirements Gathering – Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Data Quality & Governance – Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with best practices.
Support – Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.
Desired Qualifications
5+ years of experience with data warehouse modeling
Practical experience with SQL script writing
Python development skills (3+ years, focused on API communication, Pandas and Scikit Learn)
Experience in PowerApps, SSIS, or PowerBI development
Strong English communication (both verbal and written) *
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good organization and project management skills. Experience with Agile, preferred
FMCG/Retail experience, preferred
