- We are looking for candidates currently pursuing a degree in Business with an interest in Sales and Marketing or a related field for our upcoming summer internships starting in May of 2025. Your Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze sales and marketing data.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Identify trends and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Campaign Development:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and promotional materials.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments.
- Provide recommendations based on research findings.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Support the sales team in managing customer relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain and update customer databases.

Your Background:
- Obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- Ability to work across cultures.

- Effective working within a team.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
- Marketing Knowledge:
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing).
- Attention to Detail:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team Player:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
