Lead Logistics Specialist, APAC

What you'll do:

• The primary point of contact for all operational issues escalations in the APAC region (China, Cambodia, Japan, Australia & New Zealand). 
• Foster a collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve logistics issues or complaints. 
• Lead logistics projects and document the logistics processes; provide timely and effective communication to all stakeholders.
• Build the metrics to measure and analyze data to assess the carrier’s SLA performance. To identify and implement improvement
• Monitor and improve the performance indicators and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are established if necessary
• To evaluate and propose the carrier/vendor selection for all modes of transportation and logistics based on a comprehensive analysis
• Build and maintain networking with carrier/vendor, keep the team up-to-date on route changes and availability to improve the lead time
• Other related tasks as assigned.

About you:

• Fluent in English and Chinese Language
• Bachelor degree or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years experience in both domestic & international logistics
• Excellent communication skills with various internal and external stakeholders and ability to partner with cross functional teams
• Detail oriented with proven ability to maintain large quantities of accurate and timely data by creating and maintaining variety of reporting needs
• Ability to manage projects end to end
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to prioritize
• Proactive and ability to work independently with minimum supervisor
