Develop, implement, and execute product launches and marketing campaigns.
Create marketing strategies tailored to specific audiences.
Design and produce sales enablement tools like brochures, flyers, and catalogues.
Collaborate with sales to align goals and build strong relationships.
Manage marketing assets and budgets, ensuring timely updates and high-quality content. Collaborate with the graphic design team to deliver content.
Craft compelling content for various marketing channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Analyze campaign performance and generate comprehensive reports.
Oversee tradeshow planning and execution, ensuring successful event participation and brand representation.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
3 to 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing and or brand marketing
Project management experience is an asset
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Able to deal with complexity and uncertainty
Proactive and diligent - sees challenges as opportunities and translates them into actionable items
Proficient in English (verbal and written); French (verbal and written) is an asset
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems and Marketing Automation tools
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
Occasional travel between Canada and the US is required for this position. The successful candidate will need to maintain his/her right to travel between both countries throughout his/her employment at IPEX.
