Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute product launches and marketing campaigns.

  • Create marketing strategies tailored to specific audiences.

  • Design and produce sales enablement tools like brochures, flyers, and catalogues.

  • Collaborate with sales to align goals and build strong relationships.

  • Manage marketing assets and budgets, ensuring timely updates and high-quality content. Collaborate with the graphic design team to deliver content.

  • Craft compelling content for various marketing channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice.

  • Analyze campaign performance and generate comprehensive reports.

  • Oversee tradeshow planning and execution, ensuring successful event participation and brand representation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing and or brand marketing

  • Project management experience is an asset

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

  • Able to deal with complexity and uncertainty

  • Proactive and diligent - sees challenges as opportunities and translates them into actionable items

  • Proficient in English (verbal and written); French (verbal and written) is an asset

  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Experience with CRM systems and Marketing Automation tools

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.

Occasional travel between Canada and the US is required for this position. The successful candidate will need to maintain his/her right to travel between both countries throughout his/her employment at IPEX.
