This role will play a critical role in driving the client experience, strategy and operations for one of our most important client channels.The role requires a strategic leader with expertise in growth, sustainability, investments, operations and strong knowledge in asset management. The General Manager of our Family Office Client Segment will have a deep appreciation for the challenges our family office clients face, and passion for addressing them through creative product and investment solutions. What you’ll do: <ul><li>Strategic Leadership: The GM is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the family office channel responsibility. This involves identifying growth opportunities, defining goals, solutioning and ensuring the execution internally and externally. </li><li>Operational Management: The GM oversees the day-to-day operations of the family office unit and ensures that teams internally are working efficiently and effectively. This includes driving key internal channel meetings and collaborating with key cross functional stakeholders to drive excellent client outcomes. </li><li>Customer Focus: The GM ensures that the business unit is meeting the needs of family offices across different users - executives, advisors and investment teams. </li><li>Performance Monitoring: The GM is responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to assess the health and progress of the client channel. They will use this data to drive forward planning and team design. </li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: The GM collaborates with other senior leaders and departments within Ethic to ensure alignment and leverage synergies across the organization. This includes working with teams such as engineering, marketing, sales, and finance.</li><li>Innovation and Growth: The GM drives innovation within their area of responsibility, encouraging the development of new products, client service and sustainability.
