As our global portfolio grows, we are looking for a Global Asset Manager to join our team and ensure the successful management of our renewable energy assets on a global scale.


Your Role:

  • Collect, analyze, and critically assess operational and financial performance data for each asset.
  • Streamline reporting processes across all assets as the portfolio grows.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Provide clear performance insights and quarterly status updates to JERA HQ.
  • Critically analyze performance reports, identify key trends or issues, and proactively challenge and raise questions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Compile and present asset management reports to the Group’s senior leadership.

Your Profile:

  • A master’s degree in an economics, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong financial management and reporting skills.
  • International work experience and strong ambition to work across global markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • A technical and data-driven mindset to analyze operational performance and inform decision-making.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally.
  • Effective communication skills, especially collaborating with diverse, multicultural teams and external partners.
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of Japanese and Dutch is a plus.
