Enhance customer experience through effective business process re-engineering initiatives
- Process Analysis and Redesign: Lead comprehensive evaluations of processes and workflows, identifying key areas for process improvement and efficiency
- Change Management Leadership: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation by driving impactful change management initiatives. Engage all levels of stakeholders to communicate objectives, secure buy-in, and ensure a smooth transition during process re-engineering projects
- Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure all re-engineering initiatives adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with process improvements, technology integrations, and operational transformations
- Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of re-engineering projects and ensure alignment with overall business goals. Provide regular progress reports to senior management, showcasing achievements and areas for further enhancement
- People Management & Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performance team of business analysts, process improvement specialists, and project managers. Manage resource allocation, performance reviews, recruitment, and training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team
