Human Resource Director

• Define social dialogue strategy and lead negotiations

• Support the Talent strategy of the group
• Guaranty compliance and quality of HR department 

Prerequisites :

• Human Resources professional with 10+ years of progressive human resources in mass manufacturing areas
• Ability to determine and ensure compliance with all French labour and employment laws
• Knowledge of the collective bargaining agreement in the metallurgy industry
• Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels and establish collaborative working relationships.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex organizational structure - Ability to work under pressure.
• Project management skills and change management
• Strategic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Fluency in English and French required
