ABOUT THE ROLE
The Program Associate (PA) is responsible for assigned tasks and for the implementation of the DOS project and other tasks assigned by the Program Manager. The PA will assist to ensure that program activities are consistent with NEXVN and programming principles and approaches, draw on good practices and program's quality.
SCOPE
This role reports to the Project Lead and coordinates with designated program members, other staff in other programs, Finance team and Communication team..
Program Design & Implementation
Work alongside with the Project Lead and Program Manager to implement the overall Accelerator activity, Climate Events, co-responsible for the quality of its implementation and deliverables.
Support to manage the project team members, consultants and advisors' work
Organize events, boot-camps, mentoring sessions, site visits and other activities
Support to manage the project's marketing & social media activities
Manage the engagement of the enterprises in accelerator cohort and provide support needed to help them succeed
Manage database of key contacts, liaise with the project network of climate adaptation professionals, mentors, partners and enterprises for their active engagement in the program
Representation, Partnership and Networking
Participate in industry events and initiate meetings with key market stakeholders
Develop a network of energy professionals, mentors, program participants and partners; manage the contact database
Support Program Manager to establish and maintain a network with stakeholders and partners working on a program in charge to establish synergy and alliance for any initiative.
Build and nurture relationship with project stakeholders
Other tasks:
Support with logistics and administration work for other programs and the company if requested by Program Manager or General Director
Stay up-to-date on any relevant clean energy events and news
The duties and responsibilities as set out above are not exhaustive and the role may be required to carry out additional duties within reasonableness of their level of skills and experience.

EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in related field
From 2-3 years’ experience in the NGO environment, experience implementing programs in related fields
Demonstrated experience in supporting startups, entrepreneurs, SMEs
Experience on project implementation
Good interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to challenges, and work effectively in a cross culture environment.
Ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds
Good skills in communicating in English and Vietnamese.
