We are looking for an incredibly driven and ambitious individual to supercharge and expand our greenfield utility-scale development projects, with a specific focus on land acquisition and landowner engagement.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional independent operator willing to work at high intensity as part of our core team (ex-Revolut, Tesla, Citadel, & Jump Trading). They will have a very strong bias towards action, and feel comfortable generating and handling both outbound and inbound leads. The candidate will support our Business Development team and wider organisation with general project development strategy work,  including site identification & origination, outreach to landowners, and feasibility studies.

Fuse鈥檚 mission is to build a terawatt of renewable capacity to power the world. We鈥檝e raised $90m from top-tier investors like Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, and Ribbit. Fuse鈥檚 founders are Alan Chang, ex-CRO of Revolut, and Charles Orr, who led strategy at Revolut before joining Mosaic Ventures.

Requirements

  • Relentless approach to business development and developing project pipelines
  • Some experience with outbound sales and lead generation
  • Highly structured approach to lead generation and management
  • Focus on strategy improvements and process optimisation
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Excellent written and spoken English, strong communicator 
  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree from a good university

Nice to haves but not deal breakers:

  • Previous experience in the energy industry and/or working with landowners in the UK and Ireland
  • Good understanding of UK and Irish geography
