Responsibilities:

• Requesting registrations and making changes to supplier, customer and product information in the management system.
• Sorting and calculating national and international freight, ensuring that the best cost conditions are obtained.
• Issuing purchase orders for all invoices to be paid each month and forwarding them to the tax department.
• Coordinating the dispatch of samples via carriers such as FedEx, ensuring that deadlines and shipping requirements are met.
• Assisting in the preparation and analysis of reports and documentation to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• University degree - in progress
• Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of the office package
