Innovate for a better climate. Every day.
We are seeking final year master's students to join us in developing a tool that will upgrade our decision-making process for innovation and new business projects.
As a member of our Packaging Solutions Business Expansion team, you will play an important role in identifying and mapping projects that have the potential to add value to our business. Your main responsibility will be to create a tool that will allow us to compare different projects and make informed decisions on whether to pursue them further.
To successfully execute this project, you will conduct external innovation KPI benchmarking, both in theory and practice. Additionally, you will interview internal stakeholders to gather relevant information, gain a deeper understanding of the current situation, and collect valuable ideas.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who is currently studying in the last year of their master's program at a university within a relevant field such as Innovation Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. We expect the same level of dedication and commitment from you as we work together to achieve our goals.
We are offering this master thesis topic and after agreeing with your supervisor you will together plan and design all parts of the project so that it will suit you, Stora Enso and your school. In this project we would like you to work with a thesis partner for best possible results and support from us.
For this position, we see that you can plan your time and work both from home and at one of our offices, with additional visits to our factories. You will belong to the Packaging Solutions division. The project will be executed during the spring semester of 2025, from January to June. Please note that specific guidelines and regulations should be consulted for accurate information regarding credit point allocation, e.g. in Sweden this project consists of 30 HP (Swedish college credits).
