You’ll turn customer specifications into actionable insights, prepare technical documentation, and share results directly with clients.You’ll collaborate with individuals across disciplines and geographies.How you'll make an impact<ul><li>Undertaking various simulation studies individually or as part of a team on daily basis.</li><li>Making reports out of studies and presenting to customers.</li><li>Understanding customer needs by reading customer specifications and participating in customer meetings.</li><li>Coordination and communication with all disciplines involved in project and tender deliveries as well as in close connection to research and development activities.</li><li>Having ambition in learning and sharing critical knowledge in today’s power system.</li><li>You will be in frequent contact with the other engineering disciplines, project managers, customers and other Hitachi Energy units in an international environment.</li><li>You will work independently as well as in a team and to assume responsibility for given tasks is a key to success.</li></ul>Your Background<ul><li>You are well familiar with the study of synchronous machines (large generators and/or motors) and their behavior in power grids.</li><li>Experience of control systems including power system stabilizers, voltage regulators and excitation systems is considered highly meritorious .</li><li>It is preferred that you have knowledge in several of the programs and tools we are using such as PSCAD, PSS/E, PowerFactory, Matlab.</li><li>Fluent in English.
