Your Role & Mission - You will be a key player in defining, developing, and refining our product to meet customer needs and drive the growth of our carbmee EIS™ platform. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, drive go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful product launches.

Your tasks
  • Build and prioritize a product roadmap that balances long-term strategic initiatives with short-term market demands and customer feedback

  • Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and identify pain points to inform product improvements and new feature development

  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Design, Engineering, and Customer Success, to bring new features from concept to launch ensuring technical requirements and deadlines are met

  • Utilize analytics tools and customer feedback to make informed decisions, iterating on product features to maximize customer satisfaction and retention

  • Track and measure product performance according to business OKRs and KPIs, and use insights to continuously optimize the product roadmap

  • Regularly update internal stakeholders on product developments, roadmap progress, and performance metrics

  • Always learn something. No matter how experienced you are, be open-minded and hungry for knowledge

  • Help fellow team members with your experience, work closely with our Head of Product and Head of Engineering, and shape the product roadmap

Your profile
  • Extensive working experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner for a B2B software or SaaS product managing the product cycle end-to-end

  • A background in sustainability, ESG, ERP, procurement, and similar fields is strongly encouraged

  • Experience in gathering user requirements and converting them into a winning product vision

  • Experience driving engineering product requirements with an understanding of the technical details and a solid understanding of software development processes

  • Understanding of end-user experience with demonstrated success in inventing innovative and user-friendly products

  • Hands-on experience or background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product management

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and spread a vision for our product

  • Excited about driving clarity in the face of ambiguity and working in a dynamic environment that comes with being part of an innovative company undergoing a large growth spurt

  • A supportive team player with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and climate tech in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision
