Role summary:

Responsible for tracking and monitoring application support tickets / inquiries, analyzing and resolving problems, troubleshooting incidents, testing / implementing corrective actions, following supplier deliverables, and maintaining user documentation.  The role requires hands-on analytical, technical, problem solving and communication skills.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Manage application user accounts by owning the complete user lifecycle (arrivals, departures, role changes, licenses, permissions).
  • Own enterprise application incidents, user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and document ticket resolution steps in the company’s issue tracking system.
  • Fix data inconsistencies, handle data flows and interfaces with other applications.
  • Monitor systems health, proactively identify and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee the development of bug fixes and smaller enhancements, technically validate new versions, coordinate functional user testing, perform code deployment.
  • Interact with external service providers on higher complexity tasks, follow-through on deadlines, ensure continuous communication.
  • Build / maintain / develop deep functional and technical expertise in selective COTS application platforms and gain ability to perform basic business / functional tasks.
  • Support application release deployments and continuous enhancements, liaise between internal / external techno-functional teams and support organizations.
  • Gradually build capabilities to develop simple technical solutions, perform basic product configuration, and deliver low-code custom solutions.
