hydrogen energy solutions across the globe. As they expand in Southern Africa, they are looking for a
Commercial Manager to drive their
commercial strategy,
build and
manage client relationship, and
structure complex deals.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the
South African electricity market and its
regulatory landscape. In this role, you will be at the forefront of
client interactions, creating
innovative pricing models and ensuring our client’s products are front and center in the market. You excel at
crunching numbers, conducting
financial analyses that guide
commercial decisions, and
driving profitability. You’ll be the
deal-maker who can "sell sand in the desert," owning the sales process from start to finish—including
negotiations,
deal structuring, and
contract management.

Create dynamic blended tariff models, particularly for partial energy procurement
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to inform commercial decisions and ensure profitability
- Client Relationship Management: Drive the initial engagement with clients and establish long-term, strategic relationships. Lead the sales process from start to finish, including negotiations, deal structuring, and contract management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty and repeat business
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and government officials, to build and maintain key partnerships. Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as municipalities, government bodies, and industry leaders
