Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.</p></div><div><div><div><p> </p><p><strong><span><span>What </span><span>You’ll</span><span> Do:</span></span></strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, material handling, and warehousing activities.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies aimed at cost reduction, improved efficiency, and timely delivery.</li><li>Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock control, reduce carrying costs, and maintain material availability.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and material flow throughout the plant.</li><li>Maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics partners to negotiate rates, manage contracts, and resolve any logistical challenges.</li><li>Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.</li></ul><p><strong><span><span>What </span><span>You’ll</span><span> Bring:</span></span><span> </span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will also be considered).</li><li>Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is preferred due to international communication.</li><li>2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.</li><li>Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus).</li></ul><p> </p><div><div>The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $65k –$100k, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location.
