As a member of the TechOps team at Aurora, you will own the full scope of helping our Marketing team build out their marketing materials, evaluate our engagement data and own the marketing website and other software integrations. What you’ll do:

  • Take the lead on all the technical aspects of our yearly Virtual Summit.
  • Lead a complete rebranding of the marketing site and underlying CMS.
  • Coordinate cross-functional data needs and assets for external trade shows.
  • Build and deploy custom, accurate marketing assets and landing pages based on design and marketing feedback.
  • Serve as the technical cornerstone for the marketing team and their continued growth.
  • Be the custodian for marketing data, technical ad programs, and other marketing funnel initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing platform and external software integrations that empower the marketing team to do their jobs.

What we value:

  • Significant experience in marketing development or working on smaller projects with quick turnaround times.
  • Understanding of the dynamics of the entire sales and revenue process at a startup company.
  • Strong communication skills that bridge the knowledge gap between business and technology.
  • The understanding that clean, well-tested code is not always the right option for marketing experiments.
