In Biofoams team within the Biomaterials division we innovate and develop sustainable wood foam materials from idea to commercialization. We now have an opening in the team for an exciting role as technical project manager.
In this role you will manage technical projects from investigations and equipment screening to early investment and scale up studies. Work will be done together with colleagues and external partners and in accordance with set timelines, budget, quality and safety requirements and you will ensure full compliance with established business practices. We are looking for an energetic and motivated project leader with a positive spirit and collaborative approach.

Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role we see that you have a university degree in engineering with 5+ years of experience from manufacturing industry or process engineering. You have documented experience from managing investment, engineering or innovation projects with successful outcomes. Excellent strategic and analytical skills are essential, including the ability to handle complex challenges related to overall strategy, sourcing, technology and economy. It is considered a plus if you have experience from implementation of novel technologies and processes or fiber-based materials. As a person you are a team player with a collaborative approach and good people management skills. You have a good ability to develop and maintain an excellent contact network internally as well as with external stakeholders including a proven ability to supervise consultants/experts to expected outcome. Office program skills are essential and you have solid communication and documentation skills and are fluent in English.
Preferably you will be located in our Innovation center in Sickla, Stockholm, but other Stora Enso locations can be discussed. You have the willingness to travel when required.
