Key responsibilities
Lead global cross-functional teams to develop new products initiatives and other category projects (cost saving & harmonization projects)
Conduct Market Research to qualify new products & give retail price recommendations (quantitative & qualitative research)
Develop packaging basic, execute digital kits design and align communication brief with Brand & Communication team
Understand the dynamics of consumer, shoppers, retail trends and insights, category and competitors’ activities to build category expertise
Manage project budget and expenses.
Be the point of contant for your category and present projects to the executive international team
Qualifications
Degree in Business Studies, Economics or any related subject
Min. 3 years of professional experience preferably in the in FMCG marketing (Market Research, product development)
Fluent in English (Additional languages would also be beneficial)
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work with and as part of an international / multi-cultural tea
