You define and optimize our Product Offering and Refurbishment Standards for Used Trucks as well as you are responsable for the developement of our Sales Organization Blueprint for Used Trucks
In this role you identify Target Customers, optimize sales channels to maximize reach and effectiveness and you develop strategies to attract and retain customers through these channels
For Marketing support you develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote our used truck offering and you ensure consistent communication across all channels and markets
Implement Pricing Strategy Based on Refurbishment Standards is also a part of this role; you define and adjust pricing for used trucks based on refurbishment levels and market conditions
You foster the collaborate with local teams to tailor pricing strategies to market demand and competition and you develop Sales Incentives and Remuneration Schemes for Used Trucks Sales Teams
You have completed a business degree, e.g. Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field and have sound professional experience in Sales Management or Related Roles
You can show us a proven Track Record of Driving Sales Growth and Achieving Targets
Your experience in Multi-country Sales Operations and the ability to adapt to different markets and manage operations across countries is really important for us; as well as your strong Communication Skills with Stakeholders
Your team-oriented way of working, implementation strength and initiative set you apart and you communicate fluently in English; another european language could be a benefit
You have a strong willingness to travel within the EMEA region
