Position Summary
As the SAP Solution Delivery Team Lead for Forecast-to-Produce and Warehouse & Transport Management streams, you will manage, improve and govern SAP WM, EWM, PP, SAP-PPPI and PPDS solutions within our entire global organization. You will act both as technical and people leader, ensuring successful delivery of IT projects (with particular focus on S/4HANA implementation), changes, and support, while managing a team of ~10 talented SAP experts based across several international locations (Poland, India, and Colombia), and partnering with Business Solutions Owners team to deliver and continuously improve the high standards of application services for our global business stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
Lead SAP FTP & WTM Team: Provide leadership to a functional team specializing in SAP configuration, implementation, and support.
Team Building and Development: Recruit, coach, and develop a skilled team of SAP functional experts, ensuring their readiness for various project demands.
Technical Leadership: Demonstrate hands-on technical leadership in SAP projects, including configuration, deployment, and ongoing support.
SAP Configuration and Implementation: Drive the implementation of SAP solutions, from technical requirement gathering to blueprinting, development, testing, and documentation.
Collaboration with Functional, Technical, and Business Teams: Work closely with other teams and project managers to align technical solutions with business requirements and project objectives.
Problem Management and Continuous Improvement: Drive problem management initiatives and continuous improvement, fostering collaboration with internal and external partners to enhance processes, automation, and knowledge management.
Innovation: Promote an innovation culture, encouraging the development of reusable technical assets and solutions to optimize business processes and reduce project costs.
Effective vendor relationship management: Ensure output delivery from third party suppliers to agreed timescales and as per service level agreement.
Our expectations:
Proven experience in SAP functional leadership roles.
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, including WM, EWM, PP, PP-PI and PPDS.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful SAP implementations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Change management experience and the ability to lead teams through organizational transitions.
Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards.
Continuous learning mindset and commitment to professional development.
SAP certifications (desired but not mandatory).
