In this critical role you will be responsible for core customer workstreams throughout our operations functions and will touch nearly every part of our business. If you are looking for a high-impact role at a high-growth climate company, are hyper-organized and love bringing structure to your environment, or just love heat pumps, apply to join our team! </span></div><br><br><h3>Your Impact</h3><ul><li>Learn business operations from the ground up at an evolving, hyper-growth company</li><li>Interface directly with customers for support and service needs</li><li>Help run an efficient customer pipeline through documents, permits, rebates, and the many steps needed to move projects across the finish line </li><li>Support key business operations projects and ongoing process improvement, including interfacing with external partners</li><li>Help each team at Zero to be more efficient and effective while contributing to our mission to electrify every home in America </li></ul><h3>What You Bring </h3><ul><li>2-4+ years of experience in business operations, project or program management, customer service, or any high-impact role in an operations context</li><li>Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication abilities, ability to interface with customers </li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, G-Suite </li><li>Familiarity with renewable energy products and services (Heat Pumps are a bonus!)</li></ul><br><div>Zero Homes is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for all candidates.
