We’re looking for a passionate Programme Manager to drive positive change across Africa.

As the Programme Delivery Manager, you will be integral in the successful delivery of critical projects ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and alignment with the organisation's goals and values. You will coordinate all aspects of program execution, from stakeholder engagement, and risk management to contractual compliance, ensuring seamless delivery and client success. You will have a seat at the table reporting directly to the Chief Delivery Officer allowing you to lead teams, contribute to strategic growth, and make an impact in sectors like Health and Agriculture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contract & Programme Management: Oversee customer and partner contracts, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and alignment with agreed terms. Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of all programs
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication and keeping all parties informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate potential risks to ensure the successful completion of projects. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimise disruptions and maintain project timelines
