Reporting to the Sr. Product Manager, Hygiene Solutions, the Jr. Product Manager FT, is responsible for supporting the development of new products related to equipment or existing products in the Hygiene FT division.

We’re searching for a dynamic Product Manager - Hygiene Equipment to lead product management for hygiene equipment like blending systems, automatic application devices, and FutureCow. This cross-functional role focuses on driving innovation, technical support, and operational efficiency, contributing to GEA’s growth and profitability.

What You’ll Do

Streamline Processes & Data Management

  • Enhance product setup processes for operational efficiency.
  • Manage Material Master (MM) processes and execute data maintenance in SAP.
  • Ensure quality master data and create Excel reports for decision-making.

Sales & Technical Support

  • Develop sales calculators and provide training on hygiene solutions.
  • Automate tracking for hygiene equipment programs.
  • Support programming, installation, and troubleshooting for hygiene systems.

Global & Industry Collaboration

  • Expand hygiene equipment in emerging markets, including CattleEye AI systems.
  • Work with corporate teams across sales, R&D, and marketing to meet market demands.
  • Build relationships with industry professionals and advocate for policies benefiting GEA.

Product & Vendor Development

  • Create part numbers and Bills of Material (BOMs) visible in Sales Pro for seamless customer access.
  • Explore and establish OEM/vendor relationships to enhance global sales opportunities.

Strategic & Financial Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to set pricing strategies.
  • Manage budgets to meet corporate financial and growth goals.

    Your Profile / Qualifications

    Experience & Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a technical discipline.

    Experience:

    • 7-10 years of SAP experience.

    • Familiarity with automated chemical blending systems.

    Language:

    • Fluent in written and spoken English.

    Software Proficiency:

    • Skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, SAP, and Outlook.

    Required Skills & Competencies

    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

    • Clear, concise communication abilities.

    • Independent thinker and problem-solver.

    • Team-oriented mindset.

    Travel:

    • Availability for 10-15% travel.
