Role Overview: Lead the online events team to develop, manage, and expand sector-specific virtual connections, driving meaningful interactions across our climate tech network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage and develop online event hosts for sector calls

• Design comprehensive online event strategies across industry sectors

• Oversee mentor office hours, startup/VC pitch sessions, and new member onboarding

• Create scalable systems for consistent, high-quality virtual event experiences

• Develop engagement metrics and continuous improvement processes

• Recruit, train, and support a dynamic team of online event hosts

• Foster collaboration and networking opportunities within the climate tech ecosystem

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing virtual event teams

• Strong understanding of online community building techniques

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
