At Back Market, the Diversification team is responsible for growing the revenue further from the smartphones category. Part of the success relies in our ability to develop strong and ambitious partnerships with key Brands & Retailers to support them in monetizing all of their b-stock (returned, defective, end of life products) via our platform.
As part of the team, the Seller Success Manager will have the full responsibility of these high profile accounts and will contribute to the overall business by enabling their growth and retention.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇
- Manage and develop a portfolio of global Brands and Retailers (Dyson, Seb, GameStop, etc.) : own the Sales, Quality, Adoption and Satisfaction KPIs throughout seller journey
- Forge relationships with key sellers’ contacts to ensure high levels of adoption and satisfaction of our platform
- Conduct strategy calls, recurring business reviews, onsite visits and presentations tailored to your sellers’ use cases and business models
- Gather sellers’ feedbacks, identify opportunities and risks in the seller journey and set-up adapted action plan
- Work cross-functionally within Back Market to ensure successful results for the sellers : Marketing activation plans, press release, product improvements, etc.
- Leverage your expertise on these strategic players to support our Business Development team in the recruitment and onboarding of new players
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐
- You have at least 5 years of experience in an account management role working with key accounts
- You have a proven project management experience with success in working X-team and managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
- You have a strong appetence on ecommerce and marketing topics : you understand how to grow an ecommerce business and you understand the KPIs
- You have an analytical mindset : knowledge of SQL and/or Tableau experience is a plus, but readiness to learn and hone analytics skills is a must
- You're proactive and energetic with the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team in a fast-paced work environment
- You've got superb listening skills and the proven ability to dig deeper to uncover the seller’s true objectives
