This is a great opportunity for those who are looking to begin a career within sales. The Renewal Manager is responsible for managing a territory that consists of a high volume of auto-renewal accounts - the ability to work at pace and with good attention to detail is critical.  

 PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Conduct reach-outs (over the phone where possible) to customers that have not renewed and are coming up to their subscription expiry in order to close win the opportunity 
  • Contact customers/handle inbound communication when a customer’s subscription has expired in order to try and close the deal retrospectively  
  • Work closely with client services to ensure orders are correctly processed so that customers have a smooth renewal process and don’t experience disruption to their services  
  • Fully utilise Salesforce (no exceptions) for opportunity to order process, pipeline management, forecasting 
  • Meet and exceed your revenue quota by successfully closing customer inbound requests to add users and products to their subscription   
  • Handle queries regarding the proposed price uplift, effectively managing price negotiations to ensure this book of business continues to grow  
  • Continually seek to improve your knowledge of Fastmarkets Group products 
  • Ensure full awareness of the company’s short-, medium- and long-term goals and that territory plan aligns with these 
  • Close communication with Fastmarkets sales team and other Fastmarkets departments 
  • Understand the impact of your performance to the business as a whole 
  • Work in a team environment to build a sound and consistent strategy
