Process Flow Manager-Data Entry

Context - Project description: Enpal wants to offer its customers a combined product consisting of Solar and Heatpump systems. This project is focussed on enabling this offering in our customer acquisition journey. 

Job description: The new joiner will be part of the team that is setting up this new process. The team's responsibility is to help sales managers offer this combined product. This includes preparing Sales Call presentation & contracts, preparing data input for Sales Enablement teams (e.g. Buildability Analysts, Planning Department) and doing quality checks on customer data. 

Task description: 

• Preparation of Sales documents such as Sales Presentations (Excel & PowerPoint) and Contracts (pdf, Online signature)
• Data maintenance and data transfer across CRM systems (Salesforce, Pipedrive)
• Data quality checks (Excel, CRM systems)
